Candidates needed an Express Entry profile created before 3:24 a.m. UTC on August 18, 2026 to be included. This was the 438th Express Entry round since the program launched, and the 51st of 2026 — following a PNP draw at 697 just one day earlier, on August 31.
Two weeks ago, on August 18, IRCC ran the smallest CEC draw of the year — just 1,000 ITAs — and it produced the highest CEC cutoff of 2026: 523.
